This Sunday, we leave the shore behind and board Proteus III, DIVENESS’ super deluxe dive boat, for a double-dive experience in the Saronic Gulf.

Two different destinations.
Two different characters.
Two dives in the same trip!

🦭 1st DIVE — THE Saronic Gulf’s MOST MUST-SEE CAVE

Our first dive takes us to one of the most unique caves in the Saronic Gulf.

The cave is located on a small island approximately 10 nautical miles from Anavyssos, in a large sheltered bay on the western end of the island.

The rocky seabed, with its large boulders, offers plenty of interest from the very first meters, while at approximately 12 meters we reach the entrance of the cave.

The cave splits into two branches, creating a truly impressive underwater setting.

And as if that wasn’t enough…

🦭 The cave has its very own hostess!

A large Mediterranean monk seal has occasionally appeared in the area and, if we’re lucky, may give us one of those encounters you’ll remember for years.

At the surface, the natural rock formations create spectacular plays of light inside the cave and in the water.

A dive that is truly worth experiencing.

🏝️ 2nd DIVE — PONTIKONISO

From the cave… to Pontikoniso!

Or Apollon, or “Kamila”, as the locals call it, due to the two hills that form the island’s distinctive double “hump”.

Here, the character of the dive changes completely.

The seabed is rocky and sloping, reaching approximately 25 meters, while on the eastern side of the island we encounter an impressive colourful wall with large boulders teeming with life.

🥽 Great visibility + interesting underwater topography = an excellent second dive.

Among the marine life spotted in the area are:

🐟 Groupers
🐠 Combers
🐟 Greater amberjacks
🐠 Salema
🐙 Octopuses
🐬 And… dolphins!

The dive can reach up to 25m, while for Open Water Divers the maximum depth is limited to 18m.

🚤 THE PROTEUS III EXPERIENCE

Both dives take place aboard Proteus III, DIVENESS’ dedicated dive boat.

A truly super deluxe boat, designed to make the day at sea part of the experience:

Our meeting point is directly at the port and onboard the boat, so we can board, set up our equipment and depart without unnecessary delays.

The €90 / diver price includes:

➤ Transportation with Proteus III
➤ Captain, assistant and fuel costs
➤ Accompaniment by specialized PADI instructors
➤ 2 dives
➤ Tanks and weights
➤ Snack & water

+€10 only for a complete SCUBAPRO diving equipment set.

You can also rent individual pieces of equipment according to our price list.

🔴 Maximum number of participants: 12 divers

🔴 Minimum number required for the trip to take place: 10 divers

🔴 Completing the participation form is ESSENTIAL to secure your place in the priority order.

🔴 Please make sure you are certain about your participation before completing the form, as cancellations are not possible.

🔴 DIVENESS reserves the right to change the date, time and/or destination, or even cancel the trip, if weather conditions do not allow it to be carried out safely.

🔴 If, for any reason, it is not possible to reach the original destination, an alternative plan will be implemented according to the conditions and safety requirements of the trip.
