🌊 A Brief History of the Avantis III Wreck:

The Avantis III was a general cargo ship, built in 1977 at the Tronderverftet shipyard, Hommelvik. It measured 80m in length, 13m in width, with a total capacity of 2,362 tons.

🛥️ The ship, loaded with tiles and construction materials, had departed from Messolonghi with Cyprus as its final destination. On November 19, 2004, it collided with Dorousa Island, took on water, and eventually sank. Out of the 12 crew members, 11 survived, but sadly, the 35-year-old cook, Vasilis Koronis, did not make it.

✔ Required certification: Advanced Open Water Diver (with experience)
✔ Minimum participants: 10 divers
✔ Maximum divers: 18
✔ Non-divers capacity: 4 people max (priority given to divers)

• Transfer with a DELUXE boat (shower, toilet, kitchenette, full sunshade, external speakers)
• Captain, crew, and fuel expenses
