She has dedicated years to developing high-quality diving education experiences at Diveness.
She envisioned a research school accessible to the everyday diver, offering real skills and genuine scientific value.

John Angelakos – Research Diving Instructor

With many years of experience and strong technical expertise.

Known for safety, precision, and professional discipline in training.
As a Master Instructor, he teaches all the core skills required from a true research diver and leads the practical implementation of the program.
He evaluates each student with accuracy and ensures they reach the level required to perform effectively in research missions.

Antonis Grafas – Exploration Leader / Dive Researcher

One of the most renowned Greek exploration divers.
Creator of dozens of underwater maps, documentaries, documentation projects, and expeditions.

A specialist in shipwrecks, documentation, discoveries, and demanding diving operations.
He brings the “research DNA” into the school and guides graduates toward participating in real-world missions with the Diveness Exploration Team.

🔹 Prerequisites

• Advanced Open Water Diver
• Deep Diver Specialty
• Search & Recovery Specialty
• Navigation Specialty (PADI or any recognized agency)
• Frog Kick Diver – Diveness Specialty

Additionally, you should have:
✔️ neutral buoyancy & frog kick
✔️ SMB & reel use
✔️ basic navigation
✔️ comfort at 25–30 m depth
