This year we’re conquering wreck after wreck — and this Sunday we’re coming in strong with another DOUBLE wreck dive, exclusively for our Advanced and above certified divers!

So get ready to experience another UNIQUE wreck diving adventure, alongside our captain Antonis Grafas, the renowned wreck explorer and founder of GrafasDiving, who will personally share insights from his dives to these shipwrecks! You’ll also be guided by specialized instructor Ioannis Angelakos.

🌊 Mission Wrecks:

1st Dive: SS PORTUGAL
A Belgian-flagged cargo ship that was transporting cotton and corn. On October 4th, 1957, it struck the Trypiti Reef northwest of Makronisos and sank in two parts.
The stern section sank at the impact site, while the bow drifted toward Agios Georgios.
The wreck lies between 24m and 40m deep, with good visibility and a mild profile — ideal for wreck lovers.

2nd Dive: PIPER S6 (SX-AKI)
A single-engine, four-seater PA-28-181 aircraft built in 1979.
On August 2nd, 1988, during a flight from Paros to Marathonas, the aircraft suffered an engine failure at 3,000 ft, about 7 nautical miles NE of Makronisos.
The pilot attempted a water landing, during which the right wing detached. However, the aircraft remained upright, allowing all passengers to escape safely.
Today, this is a rare and fascinating aircraft wreck dive site.
