Before we begin the training dives, we conduct a preparation dive, exclusive to DIVENESS. In this dive, we practice 12 essential skills required for safety and performance in deep water.

➡️ Some of these may already be familiar from previous courses, but here you’re expected to perform them at a high level of precision.
➡️ Others will be taught for the first time – always with a focus on real-world application underwater.

This dive is the foundation for you to feel ready, confident, and truly prepared before reaching 40 meters.

• Minimum age: 15 years
• PADI Adventure Diver certification or equivalent
• Minimum experience: 20 logged dives (recommended)
