Just 100 meters from the shore, the Kakia Thalassa islet offers a unique setting for exploration, both above and below the surface! Despite its ominous name, the coastal area is a breathtaking gem of wild natural beauty.

🌬 Mythology & Weather Conditions
According to legend, during an ancient naval battle, the Athenians called upon Poseidon for help, and he raised massive waves to assist them. Today, only strong northern winds can make access difficult. However, this weekend, southern winds will keep the sea as calm as a lake – perfect for diving!

📍 A Unique Geological Wonder
This small, nameless island—only 4,000 sq. meters—resembles a claw when viewed from the shore. On its Aegean-facing side, sea currents have shaped a natural pool, where water constantly renews itself through two openings. A rare and stunning phenomenon!
